Additional Information
- Applications
- as full binder for highly filled knifing fillers
marble and stone
- Advantages
- cold-curing resin, even at very low temperatures
After addition of benzoyl peroxide (BPO) it yields a pale and hard polymer.
Combinations of talc, dolomite / calcite and powdered barytes with low iron content are suitable as extenders, with talc as the main component because it improves the adhesion to the substrate.
The more spherical extenders such as dolomite, chalk and barytes ensure dense packing.
- Handling
- The resin should be stored indoors, in the original packaging, at temperatures between 5°C and 30°C ., Exposure to direct sunlight should be avoided., The properties of the product might change during storage.
